Wealth Watchers Inc. workforce development and Construction Trade training program, The C.O.F.F.E.E. Project is designed for Out-of-school young adults (ages 16-24) that seek to gain Leadership Skills, Workforce Preparedness, and Construction Trade training while earning an income that will improve their quality of life.

The C.O.F.F.E.E. Project seeks to assist our young adults in achieving their financial goals through education and training.

The program is open to individuals that reside in the following counties: Duval, Baker, Clay, Putnam, St. Johns, or Nassau
