The C.O.F.F.E.E. Project, a workforce development and construction trade training program, is designed for out-of-school youth and young adults (ages 16 - 24) who seek to gain leadership skills, workforce preparedness and construction trade training while earning an income that will improve their quality of life. This program helps young people achieve their financial goals through education and training. It is open to individuals who reside in Duval, Baker, Clay, Putnam, St. Johns and Nassau Counties.
